Wesley Bands are for people who really want to press into Jesus and let him change their hearts. These groups of 3-5 are only men or women's groups, particularly because of the nature of what takes place in these groups.
In these holy groups each participant is expected to be vulnerable, authentic, and open, answering a few different types of questions each week (similar to John Wesley's original bands - if you want to know more google it!). Some examples of questions asked in these intimate groups are:
Where have you sinned this week? How have you been delivered from sin? Did you go to bed on time and get on time? Are you a slave to dress, work, people or anything else?
